Your satisfaction is important to us! We have a 60 day return policy for the holiday season for orders placed by November 30th for most items (see exceptions below) counting from when the item was delivered. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, so do not remove any tags, use or alter the item in any way. Orders placed after November 30th have a 30 days return period.
We hope that you will love your purchase, but if you change your mind after receiving it you may return it within 60/30 days of receipt (see above). This means that a return must be initiated and the package put in the mail for return within 60/30 days. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and any original shipping costs paid will not be refunded.
Please send us a message if you need to return an item so we can give you return approval and provide you with the return address. We recommend acquiring a proof of mailing receipt when you ship your package. Once your return has been received and inspected you will be refunded via the same method that you used to pay.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM?
Please contact us as soon as possible in the unlikely event you receive an item you did not order, or if an item arrives damaged. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the item and will either send you a replacement item or issue you a refund if you prefer, or if we do not have any replacement items available.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED:
• Any item that has had tags removed, has been used/worn, is not in the condition it was received, or is no longer in re-sellable condition due to destroyed packaging, etc.
